Restoration - phase I

In October 1997 we received a grant of £68,000 from English Heritage which allowed Phase 1 of the scheme to begin in October 1998

• Experimental work in trying to remedy the damp penetration by re-plastering one interior corner with a special mix
• Replacing tiles and flashings where needed to prevent water ingress.
